Basically, different clients need different approaches and you need to be across them all.

Like it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4877948443768653355.post-51304318109523498892010-06-08T08:52:34.644+10:002010-06-08T08:52:34.644+10:00Interesting ! I agree by not being part of it, you are sending a message to customers and consumers, however, by being part of it, it is important to also be discerning and creative in thinking about how social networking could be used- ie be a leader not just a follower?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15521842781664718130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4877948443768653355.post-27103774408584854562010-05-28T12:03:27.267+10:002010-05-28T12:03:27.267+10:00That's right - fear of email! "Oh no - we don't want them talking to people in other departments!"

When Lou Gerstner took over IBM in the 1990's, he said that he'd never seen a company filled with so many smart people. If only he could get them to talk to each other.

Now-a-days, if only we can get them to talk to their customers and the community.Marc Jarmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05947645470536053587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4877948443768653355.post-36366867443777915502010-05-27T23:55:49.072+10:002010-05-27T23:55:49.072+10:00Nice one, Marc!

We are fundamentally risk averse. Everything old is new again ;)Gavin Heatonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08505818390611807191noreply@blogger.com
